GOALIES GALORE

If it were a golf game, the Leafs would be in good shape. The team will head out on the road with the oddity of having a foursome of goaltenders.

Joey MacDonald will make his third consecutive start Saturday against Vancouver. James Reimer will back him up. But it is expected that both Vesa Toskala and Jonas Gustavsson, who have been sidelined by injuries, will accompany the team and could play before the three-game Western swing of the five-game road trip is done.

Coach Ron Wilson said he is hopeful Gustavsson will start Monday in Anaheim.

"I expect all four goalies starting the trip, anyway and we'll pare it down from there," Wilson said.

QUICK HITS

After a sensational pre-season, rookie Viktor Stalberg is still looking for his first NHL goal. The big forward missed two games because of a concussion but is confident the scoring will come. "I've created a lot of chances and the pucks are there," he said. "It's just not going my way right now." ... The Leafs will head to Vancouver after practice today, to help them get used to the time change.
