There was a little verbal sparring in this series Tuesday.

Nothing like what went on between Montreal Canadiens coach Michel Therrien, winger Brandon Prust and Senators coach Paul MacLean in Round 1, but there was disagreement as the two teams prepare for Game 4 on Wednesday.

Winger Chris Neil wasn't happy with the hit Pittsburgh blueliner Brooks Orpik delivered minutes before Colin Greening scored the winner in double-OT on Sunday. There was concern because Neil didn't return, but he was fine just not pleased with Orpik.

"I was going down. I was in vulnerable position. He gave me an extra shove which made me pick up speed going into the boards," said Neil.

"That's the way he plays, he plays a physical game. I wouldn't expect anything less."

Neil said Orpik wouldn't do that in the regular season.
