BOSTON - P.K. Subban may be a rising star but he's still a rookie.

Therefore, he has to know his place in the Montreal Canadiens dressing room -- and that's not too close to the club's sound system.

Subban often is warned off the DJ duties by veteran defenceman Roman Hamrlik.

"All the time, all the time," Subban said when asked if Hamrlik vetoes his music.

If Subban could get a crack at it, what would he play for the playoffs?

"You know what? I have a couple of pump-up songs. It would probably be Final Countdown, it would probably be that one," Subban said of the 1986 song by Europe, a Swedish band.

The tune has enjoyed a resurgence in the video game NHL11.

"I have a certain collection I like to bring out strictly for the playoffs so it has the same effect on me every year," Subban said.
