Henrik Zetterberg has been here before.

The Detroit Red Wings captain knows that in order to have success in the playoffs, one has to inhibit the opponents’ best players.

On Saturday, Zetterberg did his part, getting under the skin of Chicago Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews.

The battle between the two is expected to be one of the most intriguing plot lines of the NHL Western Conference semifinal.

“I think they are tight games and there a lot of battles out there,” said Zetterberg. “There’s two games now and am looking forward to Game 3. He’s one of the best players in the league, he has really good work ethic and has a lot of skills. We have to be ready for him (Monday).”

Toews was clearly frustrated with the attention paid to him and some of the other high-end talent on the Blackhawks roster.
