CHICAGO - As talented as the Chicago Blackhawks are, it seems the biggest challenge for head coach Joel Quenneville is to make sure the gate opens properly.

Yet, while he may not get the accolades of other coaches around the league, Quenneville is a large part of the Blackhawks success this season.

"He's been good ever since he came to our team," said Blackhawks winger Patrick Kane. "He really stresses a team-first mentality, and when all the guys play the way he wants us to play, we have success.

"He's a great coach, that's why he has so many wins and Stanley Cups."

Quenneville was the last piece of the puzzle in the Blackhawks rebuilding phase. Hired to take over from Denis Savard in 2008, he guided the Blackhawks to their first Stanley Cup in 49 years.
