If P.K. Subban buys into the media suggestion that he'll win the Norris Trophy as the NHL's top defenceman later this week, he might already be dreaming of smearing his fingerprints all over the shiny bauble.
Let's face it, the Montreal Canadiens defenceman certainly would be a worthy recipient of the honour. With 11 goals and 27 assists in 42 contests, his nearly point-a-game production doesn't completely tell the whole story of what a dynamic force he is at both ends of the ice.
Of course, the choice of Subban might not be at the top of the list of the Pittsburgh Penguins, who feature their own Norris finalist in Kris Letang.
