PITTSBURGH - The longer it goes, the more focus will be paid on the tediously slow recovery of Penguins captain Sidney Crosby.

After a 5-1 loss on Friday with a power-play that is now 0-for-14 in the series, the Penguins have never missed him more.

Around the team anyway, such talk seems to be a non-issue, however. Crosby participated in Fridays game day skate, making it two weeks of consecutive workouts. Quite frankly, he looked like he could step into the lineup and be at the top of his game tomorrow.

Instead, hes left to suffer in the press box, waiting for medical clearance to resume contact.

I have not sensed any kind of pressure on Sid, that he feels based on the fact that its playoffs, to get back earlier, Penguins coach Dan Bylsma said earlier on Friday. Not one bit.

Hes more in tune with watching games and what adjustments are we making and those types of things.
