Los Angeles - Los Angeles Kings forward Justin Williams will be in the lineup for Game 1 of his club's Western Conference quarterfinal series with the San Jose Sharks.

Multiple sources, including NHL.com and the LA Times, reported on Thursday that Williams, who has been out since March 21 with a dislocated right shoulder, will play.

The Times revealed that Williams pronounced himself ready following a Wednesday practice, while the NHL story said he will wear a harness to protect the shoulder.

The 29-year-old Williams was having his best season since 2006-07 before the injury, racking up 22 goals and 35 assists in 73 games.

His return will be a much-needed boost, as the Kings will have to do without forward Anze Kopitar, lost for the year with a broken ankle on March 26.
