Would-be Phoenix Coyotes owner Matthew Hulsizer may have other options to purchase an NHL team.
Hulsizer told the Globe and Mail he's been approached by other teams, and won't wait until June to work out a purchase of the Phoenix Coyotes.
"I don't think I have the patience to last months," Hulsizer told the Globe and Mail. "Weeks, yes, months no."
Hulsizer's purchase of the Coyotes has been stalled by the unsuccessful sale of City of Glendale bonds, which was supposed to front $100 million of his $170 million purchase price.
The threat of a lawsuit by the Goldwater Institute, a taxpayer watchdog group in Arizona, has hindered the bond sale.
