It was a picture perfect moment as the Senators hit the ice Saturday afternoon at BC Place.

A few snowflakes started to fall when the Senators emerged from the visitor's dressing room in the 55,000-seat facility and went down the runway to take their first twirl on the newly-built rink.

"I thought immediately of Sunday football," said goaltender Craig Anderson, who will make the start. "Walking out here, seeing the stadium and how many seats it holds and just how grand the whole experience and facility is."
