TAMPA - The Senators knew they needed to be precise with their shots if they were to come out on top against the mountain of a man that is Ben Bishop.

But that wouldn't be the case, as they hit the 6-foot-7 Lightning goalie with 33 of 34 fired pucks in a 3-1 loss at the Tampa Bay Times Forum Thursday night.

The setback prevented them from making up any ground in an attempt to catch up to the pack -- specifically the Toronto Maple Leafs -- in the Eastern Conference wildcard race.
