OTTAWA - Craig Anderson remained home while his teammates headed to Columbus Monday, but the Senators No. 1 goaltender is expected to join them soon.
Andersons' status remains "day to day" as he recovers from a stiff neck suffered in a goal mouth collision during Sunday's shootout loss to Dallas.
"All the tests and scans and whatever they did last night came back all negative," coach Paul MacLean said after Monday's practice. "(His return) is depending on the level of comfort.
"He is not travelling to Columbus with us, but I don't know anything other than that. We'll see when we come back Wednesday, where he is for Thursday (and a home game against Montreal) and onward.
