Ottawa Senators certainly face an uphill battle to make the playoffs

After 15 games in the shortened 48-game season for the Senators, the good news is they’ve been one of the top defensive teams in the NHL.

More importantly, they’re sitting in a playoff position.

Unfortunately with good news, bad news usually follows. Unless you’ve been under a rock the last few weeks, you’ll know that the Senators seem to be leading the NHL in the bad-news department.
