Sens have new face in lineup

OTTAWA - Guillaume Latendresse can’t seem to escape injury.

As the Senators returned from their two-game road trip that Latendresse didn’t make, the veteran winger, signed as a UFA July 1, wasn’t on the ice for practice at Scotiabank Place on Monday.

He won’t play Tuesday against the Buffalo Sabres either.

Are you surprised Don Cherry backed Daniel Alfredsson's comments?
  Yes.
  No.
It's Don Cherry - who knows what he will say.
  Not sure.
