Sens go with Anderson in Buffalo

BUFFALO — The Senators will go back to Craig Anderson Sunday night.

After being given Friday off against the Tampa Bay Lightning, Anderson, who has a 6-3 record since being dealt to Ottawa by the Avs, was solid in the club's 2-1 victory Thursday.

The Sabres are battling for a playoff spot in the East. They sit in eighth place and need a victory. He's not scheduled to play but the club anticipates it will see Ryan Miller.

"The loss (against Toronto Saturday) puts a lot more importance for them. We have to expect a really hungry team," said coach Cory Clouston. "We have to have our energy level back up and play a 60-minute game."

Puck drop is 5 p.m. at the HSBC Arena.

Do you think the officiating has been fair in the Kings-Sharks series?
  Yes
