Status quo for Senators vs. Philly

PHILADELPHIA - The Senators won't be making any changes.

Centre Peter Regin will be a healthy scratch for the second straight game as coach Cory Clouston opts to go with seven defencemen.

Regin, who has one assist in 26 games and didn't suit up in Tuesday's 2-1 shootout loss to the Anaheim Ducks, just hasn't gotten the job done. The Senators played well despite the loss to Anaheim -- significantly outshooting and outplaying the Ducks -- and Clouston doesn't want to shake up the lineup.

"He's got to wait for an opportunity basically," said Clouston. "If our guys continue to play as well as they did the last game it's going to be tough for him to do that."

Goaltender Brian Elliott, who has lost nine straight, will make the start.

Flyers defenceman Chris Pronger, who had missed 13 games with a broken foot, is ready to return to the lineup.

Game time is 7 p.m.

Would Seattle be a good city for the NHL to relocate to?
Yes, it'd be a great market.
  Maybe, who knows.
No, they should go to Quebec instead.
