DALLAS — Pascal Leclaire will be looking for his first win in 2010 when he starts in goal for the Senators Saturday afternoon against the Stars in Dallas.
Leclaire, who began the season as the team's No. 1 goalie, hasn't tasted victory since a 3-2 decision over the New York Islanders at Scotiabank Place New Year's Eve. He hasn't won on the road since beating the Sabres 3-2 in Buffalo on Boxing Day.
Leclaire, who missed nine games in January with a concussion, last played March 13 in Vancouver. He was the team's best player in the 5-1 loss to the Canucks.
Coach Cory Clouston also confirmed Saturday morning that the Senators will be without leading goal scorer Milan Michalek against the Stars. He suffered a left leg injury Thursday in Atlanta and is considered day-to-day.
Clouston will decide on using either Jesse Winchester or Shean Donovan as the 12th forward closer to game time.
As well, tough-guy defenceman Matt Carkner will sit with an upper-body injury. It is not considered serious.
