Three Senators were named to their respective Olympic teams this morning while another was given clearance to return to the Ottawa lineup for tonight's game versus Colorado.
Defenceman Filip Kuba and winger Milan Michalek will represent the Czech Republic, and Jarkko Ruutu will play for Team Finland, at the Vancouver Games in February.
The news was not so good for Senators standout Mike Fisher. Despite a great start to the season, Fisher has been left off the Team Canada roster. The squad was announced today during the noon-hour.
Meanwhile, Nick Foligno will return from the injured list and start on the fourth line when the Senators host the Colorado Avalanche tonight at Scotiabank Place.
Foligno, who six goals and eight assists this season, has missed the last seven games with a knee injury.
"He probably won't (play a lot) right off the bat ... we don't want to break up our top three lines," coach Cory Clouston said this morning. "But he'll get moved in, in certain situations. His conditioning is the biggest thing. I just don't think he's ready to play 17 or 18 minutes."
Pascal Leclaire will get his third straight start in the Ottawa net. Game time tonight is 7 p.m.
