NEW YORK — Alex Auld is going to get his shot on Broadway tonight.

While goalie Brian Elliott has won eight straight starts, Auld will face the Rangers in New York this evening, his first start since March 12th.

"This is our sixth game in eight days. Brian is getting a little tired and we have confidence in Alex," said coach Cory Clouston this morning.

Centre Mike Comrie will return after missing three games with flu. Clouston isn't sure who is coming out of the lineup because he has two players nursing bumps and bruises.

"I just can't say anymore right now because I'm just not sure about a couple of players," said Clouston.

The Senators have won seven straight and open a six-game road trip that will decide their season.
