The Senators will be on the limp going into Philadelphia.

Winger Dany Heatley (flu), defenceman Filip Kuba (groin) and captain Daniel Alfredsson (upper body) weren't on the ice today in preparation for tomorrow night's game against the Flyers at the Wachovia Center. Neither was Jesse Winchester (upper body) or tough guy Chris Neil.

But, coach Craig Hartsburg said he expects Heatley, Neil, and Alfredsson will all make the trip and could play. Nobody is being called up because centre Dean McAmmond could also be back after a bout with pneumonia and Ilya Zubov has had his visa problems cleared up which means he'll be available to play.

Coming off a 5-4 OT victory over the Dallas Stars Saturday, the Senators open a string of eight straight games on the road. The club will return home tomorrow night before leaving for Western Canada on Boxing Day.

"Right now we just have to focus on this one game and then we're going to get a bit of a break," said Hartsburg.

Goaltender Alex Auld will make the start.

"Hopefully, we can build on what we did Saturday," said centre Mike Fisher.
