Sens lose another defenceman
Sunday, 9:15 a.m.
By BRUCE GARRIOCH, Ottawa Sun

HALIFAX - The Senators blueline has taken another hit.

Defenceman Anton Volchenkov suffered a broken fingertip in Saturday's 4-3 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers and will be gone for a week.

"The doctor said he should be feeling better in five-to-seven days," said coach Bryan Murray this morning.

The club will also be without defenceman Jamie Allison here tonight at the Halifax Metro Cente because of a sore groin.
