PHILADELPHIA -- Senators captain Daniel Alfredsson and winger Peter Schaefer, both nursing groin injuries, didn't make the trip here.

They aren't scheduled to play tonight against the Leafs in Halifax, but could be in the lineup tomorrow in Truro, N.S. ... The Flyers were happy to have C Peter Forsberg, who had off-season foot and ankle surgery, back in the lineup last night. Forsberg, who has replaced Keith Primeau as the club's captain, said he's pleased to be back. "I am way ahead of schedule. It's only going to get better and better," said Forsberg ... Here's the lineup for Halifax: Dean McAmmondon-Jason Spezza-Dany Heatley, Antoine Vermette-Chris Kelly-Brian McGrattan, Brian Maloney-Serge Payer-Chris Neil and Nick Foligno-Cody Bass-Danny Bois. The defence hasn't been set, but will include Wade Redden, Jamie Allison, Andy Hedlund, Michal Barink and Tom Preissing. The goalies will be Ray Emery and Kelly Guard.
