NOTES

Neither team had their top enforcers last night. W Brian McGrattan was a scratch last night for the Senators because of his swollen right eye and the Rangers didn't dress W Colton Orr ... Taking in the game last night was actor Liam Neeson ... Watching a game at MSG is an experience. I like the part where the crowd, out of nowhere, exclaims, "Potvin sucks!" ... Last night's game featured the top five plus-minus players in the league: Wade Redden, Andrej Meszaros, Dany Heatley, Daniel Alfredsson and Michal Rozisval ... The Rangers had a scare in the first period when Petr Sykora and Martin Rucinsky collided. The latter was down for a while, but returned to the game ... Senators D Zdeno Chara wound up minus-4 on the night.

Sun Rating: 2 out of 5
