Mike Fisher had two goals, including the winner, while Ray Emery stopped 25 shots ... The Devils haven't scored in their last two games, losing 1-0 in Tampa Bay then 4-0 to the Florida Panthers. This is their first at home since returning from a four-game road trip that saw them drop three and beat only the New York Islanders ... Prior to their current struggles, however, the Devils had won nine games in a row ... New Jersey's power play is ranked ninth in the league at home and 23rd on the road ... The Devils' penalty killing at home is 26th in the league ... On average, the Devils are the second least penalized team in the NHL ... Saturday's game in Buffalo is not being televised on CBC, as was originally scheduled.
