NOTEWORTHY:

G Dominik Hasek will start for the Senators tonight. He was between the pipes and made 27 stops in the club's 8-0 win over the Leafs on Oct. 29 at the Air Canada Centre. Toronto G Ed Belfour (groin) will start after missing one game ... The Leafs' defence corps has 12 points in three games against the Senators this season. That's a big plus because in the previous 132 games against Ottawa, the same group has a total of 30 points ... Asked if the Senators were thinking of making C Antoine Vermette a healthy scratch tonight, coach Bryan Murray said: "No, I don't think so. He's been doing a good job penalty killing and right now we need penalty killers." The Senators have taken 35 minors in their last four games -- including 10 vs. the Stars.
