For now, John Torchetti is the coach of the L.A. Kings. He is not well-known, but he used to coach the Greensboro Monarchs of the ECHL. He just wasn't paid to coach in his two seasons in Greensboro. So, to pay the bills, Torchetti drove a taxi. Now he is taking them on somebody else's expense account.
Even old Mike Wallace is telling people that last Sunday's 60 Minutes interview with Tiger Woods was rigged. Wallace himself wasn't happy about it. Tiger's life is so well-managed that he had approval over what questions were to be asked and knew about all of them in advance. Sadly, that has never been 60 Minutes style.

It's tough enough that Thomas Steen's boy, Alex, is an impressive rookie with the Leafs. Ah, we all remember when.
