BOSTON - The Winnipeg Jets gave up another first-period lead, but found a way to earn a valuable point against the Boston Bruins on Monday afternoon.

Chris Thorburn buried a rebound at 1:58 of the opening period after a point shot from Paul Postma, but the Bruins got the equalizer from Brad Marchand late in the first period after Jets captain Andrew Ladd turned the puck over at his own blue-line.

Neither team scored in overtime, but the Bruins got shootout goals from Patrice Bergeron and Tyler Seguin to earn a 2-1 victory at TD Garden.
