EDMONTON - Taylor Hall believes a little humility could go a long way for the Edmonton Oilers this season.

The Oilers winger is back in town after a long off-season and took to the ice at the Perry Pearn 3-on-3 hockey camp Thursday at the K of C Arena.

Hall is excited about the upcoming year and worked hard over the summer in an effort to take his game to a higher level. The Oilers are hoping he can drag them along with him.

“It’s going to be a huge year,” Halls said. “For our team, we need to take that next step and I’m a big part of that, I realize that. If I’m going to play well, it’s going to be because our team is playing well also. It’s a team game, and for me, I have a lot of aspects in my game I need to improve, and if I do that and if I keep trending upwards, like you said, it’s going to do nothing but help our team.”

Hall had a career season last year, scoring 27 goals and 80 points in 75 games for the Oilers.
