EDMONTON - In a building which featured the proper aroma for the occasion, the Edmonton Oilers returned him from their annual rodeo road trip and made history last night.

Never before, in either the WHA or the NHL had the home town hockey club been shutout in three straight games at home.

Toronto. Detroit. And now Dallas.
