The Dallas Stars aren’t the only team expecting to be stronger and better with the arrival of a new winger.

The Edmonton Oilers are anticipating a significant impact from their new guy, too.

While Dallas is counting on a boost from newly-acquired Erik Cole, the Oilers are hoping for an even bigger lift tonight when Taylor Hall returns from his two-game suspension.

“He adds an amazing amount of pressure on their defence,” said head coach Ralph Krueger. “To have Nugent-Hopkins, Eberle and Hall back together gives us a real weapon here.

“It was good to see the team fill that hole that last two games (going 1-0-1), but we’re very pleased to have Taylor’s speed and offensive pressure back.”

Hall got an opportunity to recharge his batteries while serving his ban for the hit on Minnesota’s Cal Clutterbuck, but he says enough is enough, he’s ready to go.
