Hemsky honoured by NHL
By Sports Network

NEW YORK -- San Jose Sharks goaltender Antti Niemi, New Jersey Devils netminder Johan Hedberg and Edmonton Oilers right winger Ales Hemsky have been named the NHL's 'Three Stars' for the week ending Feb. 20.

Niemi was named First Star for posting a 3-0-0 record with a stingy 0.98 goals-against average and .963 save percentage as the Sharks climbed to fourth place in the cluttered Western Conference. The 27-year-old Finn has started each of San Jose's past 15 games, going 11-2-1 in that span.

Taking home the Second Star was Hedberg, who stopped 65 of 68 shots while winning all three of his starts last week. The 37-year-old Swede has won six consecutive starts since Martin Brodeur suffered a knee sprain February 6 at Montreal.

The surging Devils are 15-1-2 in their last 18 games and now find themselves 10 points back of a playoff spot.

Hemsky earned the Third Star after leading all scorers last week with four goals and three assists.

Would Seattle be a good city for the NHL to relocate to?
Yes, it'd be a great market.
  Maybe, who knows.
No, they should go to Quebec instead.
