The Oilers are coming off their first win in 14 games, a 4-2 victory of the Carolina Hurricanes on Monday night. The Flyers notched a 3-0 shutout over the Calgary Flames the same evening.

NOTES

The Flyers are shooting for their 10th win in 14 games ... Fernando Pisani, a health scratch Monday, didn't skate on a line in Edmonton's Tuesday practice ... Ryan Potulny, a late scratch against Carolina, was back practising Tuesday. He took Andrew Cogliano's spot on the second line, while Cogliano, who was flying against the 'Canes, took Robert Nilsson's place on the first line.

Keep your eye on these two players in tonight's game

CHRIS PRONGER, FLYERS

You might remember the big defenceman who used to play for the Oilers. He's a Flyer now, with 37 points and a plus-18 rating. He'll also be an alternate captain for Team Canada at the upcoming Vancouver Olympics.

SAM GAGNER, OILERS

Traditionally a slow starter and fast finisher, Gagner has five goals in his last six games after scoring nine in his first 47. That makes him Edmonton's hottest shooter heading into the home stretch before the Olympic break.
