DALLAS -- When he scores, they win.

The Edmonton Oilers are 6-0 this season when Ryan Smyth scores at least one goal, and he's a got a five-game scoring streak on the go that coincides with the team's winning streak.

Smyth scored twice in Friday's 7-2 waltz over the St. Louis Blues and has seven goals - six of those during the streak - despite missing six games with a sprained knee. Smyth's other goal came in a 4-3 win over Colorado to open the season Oct. 5.

"We're getting good efforts from everyone lately," said Smyth. "Guys like Jarret (Stoll) and Raffi (Torres) have picked up their games. Everybody has, really. It's not just one or two guys."

The Oilers have scored 26 goals during the win streak.

STREAKS GALORE: Smyth, who has scored 5-1-6 in the last five games, isn't the only Oiler with a streak on the go.

Shawn Horcoff had an assist against the Blues and has points in six straight games with 1-6-7.

Ales Hemsky was held to one assist Friday, but has points in five straight with 3-7-10. Torres had three assists in St. Louis and has points in three straight games with 2-3-5.

Chris Pronger had a four-game point streak end Friday and Steve Staios was held off the sheet for the first time in five games.

PLUGGED IN: The Oilers' suddenly sizzling power play scored twice against the Blues and has goals in seven straight games and eight of the last nine.

Friday marked third multiple-goal game for the power play during the winning streak, a stretch in which the Oilers have connected nine times in 29 attempts.

AROUND THE RINK: Igor Ulanov (broken toe) is ready to go and will be available to face the Stars tomorrow ... Marty Reasoner, out with a badly swollen right hand suffered in Detroit, is doubtful ... Marc-Andre Bergeron (fractured finger) will remain with the team on this trip, but he's a least a week away from playing.
