Shoulder surgery for Walker

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Carolina Hurricanes forward Scott Walker will miss four to six weeks after undergoing shoulder surgery Tuesday morning.
The procedure was performed at Rex Surgery Center in Cary, North Carolina by Dr. Marty Isbell of Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic.
The 36-year-old veteran has posted three goals and five points in 32 games this season for the Hurricanes.
