ST. PAUL, MINN. - The celebration could be pictured by Mike Cammalleri.

“In Woodbridge, Ontario, right now, there’s a bunch of his buddies in Market Lane honking their horns, right now, as if Italy won the World Cup,” Cammalleri said as he looked over at Mark Cundari.

“That’s how you script it in the first game.”

Cundari, whose hometown Cammalleri referred to, had a dream NHL debut for the Calgary Flames in Sunday’s 4-1 victory over the Minnesota Wild.br>
The defenceman acquired in the trade which sent Jay Bouwmeester to the St. Louis Blues opened the scoring as part of a two-point night and recorded almost 25 minutes of ice-time.

Moreover, Cundari, who’ll celebrate his 23rd birthday Tuesday, registered a couple hits and a few blocked-shots while posting a plus-1 rating.
