CALGARY - An hour passed before the Flames finally hit the ice.

Twenty minutes later, they were stretching after a brief session Friday that was anything but a bag skate.

The meeting was much more important after a 3-0 loss to the Florida Panthers Thursday.

Coaches and players had an open forum in the locker-room at Westside Recreation Centre. Head coach Brent Sutter isn't panicking over a 1-2 start but said he wanted to get things addressed early and get his troops on the same page.

The Flames have been shut out twice in three games, scoring once into an empty net and twice against Kings goalie Jonathan Bernier.
