At the buzzer in the second period, D Dion Phaneuf dumped the puck and crashed into LW Rick Nash in open ice.

GOAL OF THE GAME

With D Jan Hejda draped all over him, RW Jarome Iginla charged to the net out of the corner, backhanded the puck at the net then on his knees knocked a rebound out of the air past G Fredrik Norrena.

FIGHT CARD

Sick of the beating they were taking on the scoreboard and the one he was taking in front of the net, RW Jarome Iginla pulled D Ole-Kristian Tollefsen out of a scrum in front of the net in the second period and threw a few punches at him.
