15. Paul Reinhart -- An anchor of the Flames defence through its first seven years in Calgary, the Flames' 10th-leading scorer all-time was so talented he often played forward.

14. Jim Peplinski (W) -- Big, tough and skilled, 'Pep' became one of the most popular athletes in Calgary, earning the captaincy on a team with which he spent his entire career.

13. Joe Mullen (W) -- After growing up in Hell's Kitchen where he learned to skate on cement, the undrafted Hall of Famer went on to score 51 goals in the Flames' Cup-winning year, adding a team- high 16 in the playoffs.

12. Hakan Loob (W) -- In his six years with the Flames, from 1983-89, little Loob scored anywhere from 27 to 50 goals a year, before returning to Sweden with a Stanley Cup ring.

11. Kent Nilsson (C) -- The Magic Man only played the first five years in Calgary but his natural scoring touch overcame a weak work ethic. Wayne Gretzky called him one of the most talented players he ever faced.
