BUFFALO -- The Buffalo Sabres have agreed to terms with forward Zack Kassian on a three-year entry level contract.

Kassian was the 13th overall selection in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.

The 19-year-old is in his fourth year of junior hockey and is leading the Windsor Spitfires in scoring with 20 points -- seven goals.

He started his junior career with the Peterborough Petes before being traded to Windsor last year and has recorded 52 goals and 135 points in 168 career Ontario Hockey League games.

Kassian scored seven goals and added nine assists in 19 playoff games and tacked on a pair of goals and three helpers during the Memorial Cup Tournament.
