NOTES

The Senators scratches last night were C Mike Fisher, who was limping around yesterday on his sprained right ankle, RW Brian McGrattan (healthy), RW Martin Havlat (shoulder) and G Dominik Hasek (strained adductor muscle) ... Senators LW Dany Heatley used a pink stick on the first shift of the game as players across the league recognized the efforts of hockey moms and raised awareness of breast cancer ... Fisher said he's not sure how long he will be out because he hasn't had this kind of injury before, but the guessing is about two weeks. "It could have been a lot worse," he said yesterday of his tumble into the boards in Boston on Thursday ... Last night's game was the 400th of Senator Peter Schaefer's career ... Last night's crowd of 19,947 was the Senators' 28th sellout of the season.

Sun Rating: 3 1/2 out of 5
