Boston Bruins forward Tyler Seguin denied rumblings out of Switzerland that he might need hip surgery.

Seguin, who helped Canada win the Spengler Cup Monday, will not return to EHC Biel of the Swiss league. But he told CSNNE.com that his decision to leave Biel wasn't injury-related and he's "1,000,000% healthy."

A Swiss website reported over the weekend indicated that Seguin was injured and Biel general manager Daniel Villard was quoted as saying he might need hip surgery. Not so, Seguin says.

"I have no idea where that came from," Seguin told CSNNE.com. "I told them I was leaving with no injury reason."

Seguin had 25 goals in 29 games with Biel and looked healthy enough playing for Canada, even though he scored just one goal in four games.
