Enstrom returns to Thrashers' lineup
By Sports Network

ATLANTA -- Atlanta Thrashers defenseman Tobias Enstrom will play Friday night against the New York Rangers, as the club officially activated him from injured reserve.

Enstrom has not played since January 22 because of a broken finger on his right hand. The injury forced him to miss the 2011 NHL All-Star Weekend.

The 5-foot-10, 180-pound defenseman has already set a career high with eight goals in 50 games this season. The 26-year-old Swede has also recorded 33 assists.

Enstrom has 24 goals and 137 assists in 296 career games over four seasons with the Thrashers.

After benching Brad Richards should the New York Rangers eventually just buy him out?
  Yes.
  Might be a good idea.
  No.
  Not sure.
