ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Anaheim Ducks left wing Aaron Voros suffered a fractured orbital bone during a fight with Vancouver defenceman Kevin Bieksa during Wednesday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Canucks.

The fight occurred in the opening seconds of the second period, when Bieksa got in several good shots to the head of Voros.

Voros has played in just 11 games this season and has yet to record a point. Wednesday marked his first contest since Nov. 29. He was sidelined four straight games due to flu-like symptoms.

The Ducks also recalled right wing Dan Sexton from Syracuse of the American Hockey League. Sexton has appeared in 13 games for the parent club this season.
