BOSTON - It’s the photo the entire hockey world is talking about.

And yeah, the Calgary Flames have seen it.

A few days back, a cell-phone was being passed around on the Flames’ bus, a freeze-frame of Jarome Iginla’s twisted ring-finger — the result of a spirited scrap with Ryan Kesler of the Vancouver Canucks on Hockey Night in Canada — sparking a you-gotta-see-this moment among his former teammates.

“Pretty nasty, eh?” said Flames centre Matt Stajan, providing his review of the gut-turning photo after Tuesday’s morning skate in Boston.

Agreed left-winger Curtis Glencross: “It wasn’t the prettiest thing ever. Can’t feel too good.”

Well … Iginla admitted it didn’t feel great at the time, but there wasn’t enough ‘ouch’ factor to keep the longtime face of the Flames and current member of the Boston Bruins out of Tuesday’s battle with his old buddies at TD Bank Garden in Beantown.
