NHLPA could still go down disclaimer road
By BRUCE GARRIOCH, QMI Agency
NEW YORK - The NHL Players' Association could be prepared to go the disclaimer of interest route ... again. The union started to take a re-vote Thursday at 6 p.m. among its 700 members on filing a disclaimer, which would give the players the option to file anti-trust lawsuits in the United States to get the lockout declared illegal. The NHLPA has given its members 48 hours to cast a ballot. |
