Expect the NHL to pull the plug on the entire 2012-13 NHL season a month from now if there is no resolution to the ugly lockout.

While NHL deputy commissioner Bill Daly would not provide an exact "drop dead" date to cancel the entire campaign, he did tell Sportsnet The FAN 590 on Wednesday that “it is fair to say it is sometime in mid-January.”
