Don Cherry says NHL offer should be put to a vote by NHLPA

Don Cherry says put it to a vote.

It’s the only way, he feels, to find out for sure if the players want to continue to remain locked out or get it settled and get the games back on.

“I have been in that situation where you are sitting next to guy saying one thing but other guys may be thinking other things,” said Cherry in his only interview of the day. “The problem is when it’s a show of hands, it’s very difficult to stand up and say what you really believe.”

For example, said Grapes, “Lets say you don’t want to publicly disagree with someone you really respect like Sidney Crosby or any other influential player. It’s understandable. It’s human nature.”

The solution, he said, is simple.

Would Seattle be a good city for the NHL to relocate to?
Yes, it'd be a great market.
  Maybe, who knows.
No, they should go to Quebec instead.
