NOTEWORTHY

Expect to see G Kari Lehtonen in net for the Thrashers. The rookie made his first start in the Atlanta net in 86 days in the club's 4-1 loss to the Sabres on Friday in Buffalo. Lehtonen made 25 saves ... The Senators will start G Dominik Hasek, who is coming off a 34-save performance in a 6-2 victory over the Hurricanes on Wednesday at the Corel Centre. He will also wear a microphone for the TSN broadcast today and is regarded by many as one of the most talkative netminders in the NHL ... The Senators will be missing two of their highest scorers against the Thrashers. RW Daniel Alfredsson has 15 points in 12 career games vs. Atlanta, while RW Martin Havlat is 5-7-12 in 11 games ... The Senators have lost to Atlanta in regulation just twice in their history ... Ottawa sent F Denis Hamel back to Binghamton.
