While the focus is on the owners and players, London Knights forward Dan Fritsche knows first-hand the hardship the cancelled NHL season will cause the "little guy."

Fritsche's father Jim owns the Cleveland-based business that makes and sells Sports Brats keychains.

"I feel sorry for the fans, the league, the players and everyone who is involved in the industry," Fritsche said yesterday.

"My father is really struggling with the hockey part of the business. Hockey is not one of the big sports markets in the States, but it's big enough that this is doing damage to a lot of people.

"The hockey part of my dad's company has been dead ever since the lockout started. Now this."
