Canadas warmup for the 2014 world junior ended on a high note.

The Canadians, put in motion by a couple of Jonathan Drouin power-play goals in the first period, beat Switzerland 4-1 on Monday.

Earlier, Canada learned defenceman Mathew Dumba would not be suspended after he was assessed a five-minute major for kneeing and a game misconduct against Sweden on Sunday.

It was pretty nerve-wracking, Dumba told TSN about his previous 24 hours. I did not want to put that on my teammates.

There was some concern that Dumba, who is on loan to Canada from the National Hockey Leagues Minnesota Wild, was in danger of being suspended.
